NEW DELHI: The notice inviting bids for the upcoming third generation (3G) spectrum auctions, which is scheduled to be issued on December 8, may be
delayed till the month-end, as per officials in the department of telecom (DoT). This could imply that the 3G auctions, scheduled to begin on January 14, may now be pushed to the end of February or early March 2010.
