A fed up Airtel Broadband user...now with Reliance wireline broadband

Even if i opt for 1 mbps day/night i'm afraid i would get only the same 800-850 kbps speed
I think otherwise. I think they might have intentionally capped your night-time speed on the 749 plan. Firstly, give a complaint. If it fails, then try the 1 Mbps plan.

my broadband(phone's working) went dead yesterday night (9pm). Called the CC & played with ipconfig/all,release,renew as per his instructions. Nothing happened & he took a complaint & told me the same would be solved within 24 hrs. Today afternoon a technician phoned & told me that the network is down in some parts of chennai & it would be rectified before this evening. When i came back home(1 pm) & logged in, everything is back to normal.

Talking about service...to my friend, BSNL often goes down on friday night & will be back on monday afternoon. TATA....never heard a good review

by that time i hope MG will have Hayai up and running so expecting most of the major ISP's to stop being douche-bags and mend their ways else .. Hayai.
