Hi, No currently we are not serving your territory.

ACT is known to make their customers suffer, I have neighbors dealing with the same. Suggest you move to Airtel, I've had it for 7 years...its never gone down and service is top notch.

My ACT broadband connection was activated today, these are the speeds:

I stay at Malleswaram 16th cross.

Mahesh

@ACTian: There are a few points that I wanted to bring to your kind attention.

1) The sales executive had come to my residence for collecting the documents and money on Friday (13th April) and told me my connection would be activated the next day (Saturday). On calling him the next day, he said it would be done on Sunday. However I contacted your call center and was told it would be done on Monday (16th April).
I wasted the weekend waiting at home for the installation team to arrive. Please instruct your team to provide a realistic activation date.

2) On Sunday I found it very difficult to contact the call center and kept getting the message saying all executives are busy. At such times there is effectively NO customer service and one can only send an e-mail (if one has connectivity !)
An augmentation in your capacity would greatly help customers.

Regards,
Mahesh

I've paid money before 10 days.. but till now the service is not installed. they kept the box before 3 days and said that it will be installed on the same day evening.. whenever i call they won't pick my calls, when i call with other numbers the will pick immediately for one or 2 rings.. even after picking up the call if i say that installation is pending in house no... they will cut the call and they won't pickup ...

Hi Mahesh, sorry for the inconvenience & mis communication. we have clearly mandated the sales team to inform 7 days as lead time to customers and based on the feasibility, the account gets activated anywhere between 2 days to 5 days.

will escalate the message to sales head and communicate the field team accordingly.

Is the service available in C.V Raman Nagar - Kagadaspura - Vignan Nagar area? If not, when can we expect your services in this place..?

Pretty pathetic service! I applied for the connection on 25th March and got it only yesterday. While the net was working fine when the LAN wire was directly connected to the laptop, it wasn't working via the wi-fi router. And guess what, the net is down since 4 PM yesterday. I made several calls to the customer care and was told by an ACT technician that this has happened due to a fibre cut. I was promised that the connection will be restored by 10 PM. i kept waiting and till now the connection hasn't been restored. This has been the case for everyone in my apartment. I also tried calling the ACT sales person Prasanna who had made several promises but he didn't pick up my call. I am going to ask for complete refund of the amount I have paid and disconnection of the broadband. I will strongly recommend against taking the ACT connection. In a day's time, I have discovered that ACT has got untrained, unprofessional, incompetent employees and I am sure that switching from Airtel to ACT will be the worst possible move.Shashank
