I believe the customer service of ACT is one of the worst, I got Internet connection few days back, it worked only for one day and next day it stopped working, called up customer service but was holding the line for 30 mins but no agent was available. Called up the guy who installed / connected the Internet, he confirmed to come in 30 mins but did not turn up. Nodal officer does not pick up the phone.Few things to note: ACT call enter is worst, don't know if they even have decent call center for customer support. They don't have any escalation process, as a customer we are stuck with bad quality. I have decided to discontinue ACT and go back to my previous provider. But want to caution all to be aware of this , so that not to stuck with ACT.
 
Hi,My nightmare began when I paid for the connection to an agent named Babu Reddy. He took Rs.1600 and promised that the connection will be done in 5 days.As expected, it was not done and also customer care didn't have any information that I paid the money and applied for a connection.I called Mr. Babu Reddy, he promised me that it will be done in 2 days.He gave me the no. of Mr. Mithun, some manager in my area. I called him up, he confirmed that the connection will be done in 2 days.As expected, 2 days were over and no one even called me.I contacted CC but still they don't have any information about me.So I started calling Babu and Mithun. They started rejecting my calls.I called from another no. and told them about the issue, they again promised that it will be done in 2 days.Like this, the whole thing was delayed for 15 days and I finally got the connection on 19th April 2012.Now you must be thinking that everything is fine, the nightmare does not end here.The very next day, my internet stopped working.I called CC and they said that it will active in 1 day.It was active the next day but for just 1 day.From 23rd April, I don't have internet connectivity.I am calling the CC 3-4 times a day. Everytime they promise that they will check with the network team and someone will either call me or come to my home to check the connection.Till date, I haven't received a call from anyone.Now, you people decide about the professionalism of ACT Broadband.I am waiting for 1 month to get over because I have paid the advance rental.The CC representative have just two lines in their script, "I WILL GET IT DONE TOMORROW, DON"T WORRY" or "LET ME CHECK WITH THE NETWORK TEAM, SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU IN 1-2 HOURS"

Hi, yes but IPTV is restricted to only our direct cable tv subscribers
