Whether ACT broadband service is available in "Aisshwarya Opulence" --on Outer Ring road, Marathahlli... If not ...then by what time we can expect the same. It will be good if you can suggest a proper time frame that we can expect the service

can anyone tell me ,from who is ACT buying the bandwidth from ,or if anyone could post a tracert screen shot to google.

Thanks for posting this review. I have gone through most of the posts on this thread, and am well-informed of the service now..

Update:

I got my refund from Act broadband finally. :)

No need to go to any other websites for review. This thread appears 1st on google page for relevant keywords. If in future it goes down i will spend some time for doing this thread's SEO and will make sure this continue to be the top result for relevant keyword. Let them learn the power of a common man.

ACTian,Is your service available in C V Raman Nagar (Kaggadasapura), near Kaggadasapura Railway crossing??

Called the ACT Broadband customer care today, but forgot to ask 2 questions.1) Does PPPoE login through router work (because i hate manual login)?2) Is there any issues with the Internet connectivity like it going down for sometime, like about 1/2 hours when i desperately need internet?I want answers from both customers and ACTian. Will be subscribing in few months.

well i registered just for this...ok so i called 5 days ago to the customer care...the guys says the sales rep of the area would call me and fix an appointment...so the next day the guy calls me and tells me that he would check the feasibility and call me back in 30 mins...ok i wait and wait for 2 days and no call...so i call customer care as the sales rep wont pick up the call...and the customer care guys checks and SAYS THAT ITS feasible (dont know how he knows that) in my area so i tell him to ask the sales rep to call me the same evening (like thats gonna ever happen)...and again 2 whole days later no one calls at all...man i mean come on i have been using BSNL for the past 6 years and my experience was not this bad...if i had any problems they would atleast fix it in 3-4 days or atleast from the line man i would get the updates...the only reason i want to move to ACT was for the speed...so the month end is here and i dont want to be billed from bsnl for another month while using another service and i know that the setup time is another week or 2 even though they say 4-5 days...SO i'm still wondering if the sales rep is still checking for feasibility???

Hi SRN,Could you please tell us about your area and which BSNL plan you are using??
