hello everybody.first thing i am not so good at English so please don't go on my English.i have few questions and please rectify it.1.any true persons who can tell me how is ACT broadband.(don't lie) 
2.i live in Lr bande near shampura which is next to shampura so will i get my internet connection there.3.i am planning of buying a new laptop and so obviously i there will be two users.which wifi router should i take.4.i have heard for many bad reviews and good reviews also so i cannot decide which should i choose.please help me.5.now i have 2 users so i am planning disconnecting ta-ta photon and taking other ISP's.i am planning of buying bsnl or air tel.and now i have seen so many advertisements and planning to buy ACT.so which 1 should i go for.6.what do these fibers mean.i totally don't understand.is it fixed through underground or ..........how is it?please tell me how is the connection set up.7.bsnl is providing ftth and it is very costly.and act sells it s broadband for such a cheap rates.are you people frauds?(don't take it seriously)8.you people put so many ads everywhere like many websites,gates,newspaper's etc.where do you people get so much money to do this.(do you people get money by taking the money and not providing internet?)

and how is YOU broadband?......
Okay, anyone suggest me. I'm right now satisfied with Hathway unlimited (no FUP), but the upload speed is really low. I'm thinking to subscribe with ACT, but ACT is comparatively costly. What shall i do? I wont download very much. I'm concerned about the service of ACT and its uptime.
Where should we pay the bills?
