It depends from Server to server... (With Chrome browser) If I choose Mumbai-Server I get 10Mb/s, if I choose Chennai I get 9Mb/s, if I choose Washington DC Server I get 1-1.5Mb/s. Try other servers too... As far as I'm concerned, as long as I get to watch youtube in 1080p, I'm happy!!!

why ACT why u r doing this.. i never waited for my GF this much... on top of that every day ACT 10Mbps add is coming in news paper. WHY act why..... ??????

This is what i am getting consistent basis, slow and slow.

Chennai Server : https://www.speedtest.net/result/2082629213.png (Upload is faster than download)

London Server : https://www.speedtest.net/result/2082631761.png

Boston Server : https://www.speedtest.net/result/2082633119.png

San Francisco Server : https://www.speedtest.net/result/2082634939.png

This shows how the connection is not working as it should, 10 Mbps, I am paying for it not a 2Mb connection. So as unfortunate as it is this is sad service.

Hii ! ACTian,, I just really wanted the ACT Broadband connection to my house.. But, the ACT Representative told me that its not feasible to my location.. But they are providing the connection to Gauri Apartments, which is just in front of my house.. I live in R.K. Gardens, RMV 2nd stage, New B.E.L. road, Bangalore..Is there any possibility that i can get connection??

I had called ACT CC a few weeks back to get a connection, they didn't turn back. Now, i feel that hathway is okay and economical, so i changed my mind of changing the ISP. If ACT ppl had called me back then, in a day/two, i would have now had ACT connection.They missed me.
