I think they do. They are providing me a connection just besides ADE wall opposite to your area it seems.

I too reside in Kasturi Nagar and was satisfied with their Service so far for about 6 months, but now seems like they don't care about their subscribers any more.
The service was good with disruptions being common when there were power cuts, but i usually had around 2-3 service disruptions every month.
But the real pain started last week.

Service went down, called in as I do every month and raised an issue.
Some technicians came down to check, said the cable was faulty and they have to re-lay the cable.
One day gone no update
Called in service center next day waited for the usual 5-8 mins to get somebody on line, I was informed that they hub from where they provided the connection has to replaced and they are not getting permission to replace it from the premises where it was currently.
They asked me if they could put the HUB in my premises, i agreed to it thinking it would help me get back connection.
One entire day passes no updates
I call in next day same story, the rep says will update at the earliest.
Another day passes by, frustration building now, as they don't even bother to call you and tell what is going on.
I call in next night first wait for 10 mins to talk to somebody, then the rep puts me on hold for 10 mins after which the line got disconnected ...hmm that is good service
2 days pass by no update, I call in again the rep says will escalate to manager and i will receive an update in 30 mins.
One complete day and still their 30 mins haven't passes by.

The biggest frustration is they don't bother to give you an update. So it has been a week I am without service now.

Planning to switch the connection, these ACT guys have expanded well now have quite some subscribers which is why their attitude is showing up now.

So I am in the hunt for a new service provider now and would advise that please consider this while taking a new connection ACT.
Service will be disrupted quite a lot of times, but then there will be a day when they will test your patience and you will be in the same spot as me.

I reside in Kasturi Nagar area. And have been a ACT user since more than eight months now. And I am a satisfied user. :)
Initially though things were not smooth. I think it was the first 2 months marred with frequent disruptions. Their customer care at that time was even more understaffed than now. The first time the connection was disrupted and after having jumped from Airtel to ACT, and no one even registering a complaint was a very rude shock. I rued why I quit an Airtel connection in use for more than 5 years. For which if I booked a complaint a 11 pm in the night, I will have the technician next morning on my door at 7. Greed of 10 mbps, 5 times the speed at 30% lesser price, eh.. not a good thing.
Then, there was this problem of disruption of service once the power went out. We had backup power, but apparently the router at act base station at that time didn't. Given the frequency of power disruption in Bangalore, it became a nightmare. Almost decided to go back to Airtel. But decided to give a bold start up one more chance. And a great decision.
It was initial phase of teething troubles for ACT in kasturi nagar. I haven't have had any troubles for the last 5 months or so. Don't expect immediate pick up of phone calls at customer care. But ISP is mostly a low maintenace job. So we don't need customer care too much.
The plans obviously are the best. On paper, no one can beat them. To make them the best, we need delivery of the same. I am saying, I get the product as promised. Airtel is now charging premium. Without reason. But it is very comforting to get a service for a significant lesser amount and a fair FUP and speed at 5X of the market dominating product. As one of my friends who took my advice and got ACT said, 'No buffering'!!!!

I applied for ACT at my residence in Richmond Town in April 2012.I got the service exactly 2 days after that.I am getting good speeds and rarely has there been any downtime.Maybe a problem in different areas. My registered mobile number is 98451 15980.

Im also in Kasturi ngr(NGEF layout) Im seeing ads of this ACT broadband plans r good, r they really good. Should I go for this or any other alternatives(no bsnl here).Thnk u

Hello,
I am also a reside in Kasturi ngar, Im planing to apply for ACT. Wht r ur suggestions.THnk u

I am cool with them so far. You can go with ACT. Only issue is how they negotiate with local cable walla and make them understand it is broadband fibre cable and not for cable TV or you will face major cable cut. The area I reside I don't get that problem. So check how it is on your area and apply, speed is awesome!!
