Act broadband worst service

I was told tat I'll get the connection in 3-4 days but it's been 10 days now. No response from Act. No one has turned up till now. I called up Act several times everytime they tel thr s some technical issue we are forwarding this issue to the technical team and u ll get a cal from them within 24 hours..... Believe me no has called..... Plz Chk my issue..... I need the connection very badly.... My details are below Ticket no. - 1877699My user id-374269
 
I have to say this, a smear campaign is clearly going on here against ACT broadband and admin should look into it. The thread titles are clearly a giveaway, titles are always harsh and quite seo oriented, I know this because I have a good idea how seo works.
I am not saying ACT is good or bad, as I am far off from their service but a hell lot bigger firms like airtel and voda and bsnl are also there and I am sure their users have more issues but not many posts are created for them like these ones in ACT sub-forum.
I knw an ACT account is here which responds that we will sort out your problem, etc, etc but is that really an ACT representative or just some dummy account.

Act guy came and installed the box and went...... Still din get the RJ45 to connect to the computer...... HE said one more guy wil come and activate the connection..... Waiting for him
