Act Free Festive Upgrade to 300 Mbps

Got an email earlier today offering a free upgrade to 300 Mbps, followed the instructions and the speed was instantly upgraded. It said the offer validity is from Oct 1 to Oct 31, but they sent the email only today.

Saw an FB post as well when I searched for it

I am currently on the 100 Mbps plan, paying Rs 749 + tax.

I am on 500 Mbps plan and I got nothing . Nothing for their high paying customers. Sad.

Clicked on it, but still not getting 300 Mbps. How much times does it take ?

Not sure. I followed the steps when I was out, when I checked few hours later, I could see the increased speeds.

However I’d think it would be almost instant.

I was immediately upgraded to 500 Mbps after clicking on the link from their App. Not really sure if I need that speed tho . It's an overkill for me, I am not a downloader but good to have it at no extra cost .
