ACTVE English not supported in Tata Sky HD DTH Box?

ACT Blaze 30 Mbps (Post 50GB, 512Kbps)
I am in MegaPack. After installing HD settopbox, the ACTVE English channel gives this message:"Actve English is currently not suported on your digicomp. We will inform you when it is made available. Regret the inconvenience. Press "tv" to exit"Is this a common problem for everyone who are using the HD settopbox?
 
Looks like nobody is watching ACTV English on HD DTH box....... Till today, this channel is not working and I am getting the same above message. Is this a common problem?
 
Yes, all other ACTV channels are working, except ACTV English. Logged a ticket with Helpdesk, but they are yet to give a resolution. With this forum thread, I wanted to reach out the other subscribers and check if this is any common problem with HD Set top boxes around the country.
 
I had logged a complaint on this problem. I received call from Customer Care today and they confirmed me that this is a known problem with all HD Settop box. All the customers having HD Settop boxes are not able to view the ACTVE English channel. There is some technical issue with the box/software and Tata Sky is unable to commit any timeline to rectify this problem.How can such a Big DTH provider in country create such a mess to customers with HD boxes. Can't they test all the channels before releasing the HD Settop boxes in market!!!
