I don't need any sort of 5G as I'm getting these speeds indoors. Also Airtel 5G doesn't penetrate indoors and I don't recharge on my Jio sim and it's there to die.

I don't know why people are so hyped about 5G before the congestion has not started fully kicking in
Even Vi's 4G upload speeds are more than 2.5x times faster than "5G Plus".
Downloads are nearly the same.

I don't know why people still think telco revenues should be increased when they can't keep up the 30x faster download stuff

Greedy Telcos keep increasing profits & ARPU levels. But the average Indian user will always suffer doesn't matter ARPU is 150 or 1500.

Vi is doing far better for me even after being in loss & having just 4G. Wait for sometime guys... Those who want duopoly will definitely get a taste of it.

I know there will always be an opposition party against... But these numbers speak. For me at least. Others enjoy 5G

It's not only the speeds matter in a proper 5g network but the more important aspect is the latencies which cannot be possible in 4g network. Although I am using vi due to it's higher speeds, they have bad latencies as compared to airtel/jio. Many times I have website loading issues and all, and I can say their integration is still half baked, some places they didn't deployed 900mhz band for 4g resulting in poor indoor coverage.

And seeing their revenues I am skeptical whether they will be able to invest more into network improvement and 5g deployment

dont know about airtel but my friend has jio 5g and it is working great literally more than 500 mbps speed and because he's broadband plan was expired so he didnt recharged it rather he now plays on jio 5g as it is unlimited in trial period,it is stable like literally only 10 ms more ping than he's broadband,in CSGO Mumbai Server,maybe standalone and non standalone will create difference,i think when 5g will be available in all india then we can get those true 4g speed on 5g network xd

@SVK I know, just took your sentence at face value that maybe the title changed or something but now that he got banned so maybe we can now truly make it a discussion about Airtel 5g and various performance parameters.

So a question to all the early adopter like the cities that got 5g in the very first phase, do you notice any improvement or degradation in the QoS over time now that more and more people are using it?
