hope Airtel takes thier brains out of the sh#t bin and start offering real cc to people instead of thier usual can not do attitude...
 
@admin: What kind of problems can be dealt with this email? I mean its for just technical issues or suggestion/feedback/complaint etc. Since Airtel contacted you they must have told you what kinda issues can be dealt through that Email !
 
well it was just a mail that was worded like... we are trying to help out people but they are not responding us back. so do something about it. no details were given. they did not tell me to refer them any complaints hosted on the forum or anywhere. but they just indicated that they want to resolve the problems faced by people on the forum. so well i posted the email id here.
 
i mailed the said id regarding high charges of iptv plans as compared to the rest of the broadband users and i got this replyDear Customer,This is to inform you that your concern has been noted and our team isworking on a resolution. I mailed them two days ago about mtnl's new plans and got exact same reply, have not received any response after this.
 
So basically nothing has changed and thier pea sized brains are not authorized to take any pro active role in the interest of cc.... i wonder why do they hire people anyway automated systems can handle cc calls at a lot less money.....

well yea thats what i also got the same response....when i mailed them regarding MTNL new plans....
well sad to say movin off from Airtel after exactly 5 yrs....but had to go with it..booked MTNL and they got the lines set up in a day with a new connection ......will get the router today and then will setup the connection....MTNL :)
