yes! BSNL should start offering some dirt cheap Unlimited plans. That would Hit airtel the most.Soon they will start loosing their market value..Let's hope Airtel looter's realize their mistake before it's too late.
i have avoided it since the day BSNL launched their broadband connections. I never went for them to avoid the hassles dealing with sarkari babus. Now, Airtel is forcing me to check if they can provide me decent broadband connectivity. it sucks because the customer support of BSNL is terrible and i am not going to like them at all. But AIRTEL... God knows how many bad words I have for them.
In Bangalore, wherever I go I see a Tata Indicom WiMax poster promoting a 384kbps unlimited connection. I just came across a guy near my office (near ITPL) who was distributing leaflets for the same and said that I don't have to pay any security or installation charges and I can start with just the monthly bill immediately. I think I'm just going to use that to see for a month or two see how they are.
F**k you Airtel and shove your new policies so far up your a** till it kills you.
forum members - excuse the french please, but this is how I feel
@ adminDon't you have MTNL in your area?Anyhow BSNL is a good option if you can adjust without customer care.I have been a MTNL user since last 2 and half yrs..Didn't find many opportunity to deal with them since MTNL never gave me much problems apart from a few line issues which get's sorted out by local Line man. These days MTNL customer people are quite good.last time when i called them, the guy was really friendly and had good knowledge.
