Regd the FUP: Hasn't there been such an issue in Texas (or the mid-South US? sorry my meory fails me!) a few years ago, where it was rumored that the companies jointly lobbied against the right to classify what is 'fair use' and what is not? Essentially, they can say that one or more of your activities is junk. Checking email? Fair use. Googling for a cure to rabies or resaerch on cander? Possibly Junk, beacuse it might involve downloading pdfs and videos. That did not go through then and this sort of thing should never go through here, especially in a developing country!

is this for new billing cycle ? :O it starts on 26th of every month right.

Billing cycle is different for everyone. Like for example its 5th for me.

Alright people. I am looking for collaboration on comparisons of Airtel FUP with FUPs of international ISPs around the world.

A tabular chart. Anyone interested? We can start working on it on Google Docs.

of course. some ISPs are likely to be worse than Airtel but overall i am sure airtel policies are still not fair enough.
