Airtel Broadband: guys i need your help in building a case against airtel

damm thats messed up.this is probably a glitch in the airtel system rather than intentionally reducing speedwell i dont care airtels excuse as tomorrow i am sending the letter to the trai secretary via speed post.ps:the engineers are calling me everyday and today when i asked them to tell me the 256k ul plan upload speed of south region they told me to wait and then hung up.hmm.
 
yup it may be a technical fault in north region nothing elsehope it will be solved soon
 
airtel engg. called me today and said that upload speed is 1/3 times download speedie according to my plan i am getting 33kbps downlaod speed so i ll get 11 kbps upload speed which i am getting.he also said that speedtest at airtel speedometer is not accurate
