i think airtel cc day by day getting worse. in my experience i requested to change to 499 for 1 mbps , a lady from cc told me that if i cross 5 gb the speed will reduced to 256, but when they transferred to technical dept another lady told me fup is 100gb. so there is no proper information within in the airtel cc circle.

umm...4 Mbps isnt really such an earth shattering speed that people should have doubts whether Airtel will be able to provide it or not..*If* Airtel really beings to have problems giving 4 Mbps (that also with FUP) to its customers on a relatively newly laid network..that would cast serious doubts on the kind of people that are running this ISP now..

What is your guess? Will airtel be able to keep up its promise of 4Mbps in the long run? What's ur gut feeling? Will anything go wrong in the future?

^ i cant see anything going wrong in the present or future with only 4 Mbps speeds..if this speed was 16-24 Mbps..then probably i would begin to believe Airtel if they said that they cant provide it to all customers and at all places..
