Home Combo499 + NU Rs 99 for old turbo256+NU Rs99 users. For me in unbilled usage both day and night usage is being shown.CC says, I have to wait till the bill is generated at the end of the monthand then they will adjust the bill. around Oct 27th or Nov 2nd for printed bill.How they will do it, I am not sure. 28/09/2008 20:59:10 25540 KB 2554 19.95 29/09/2008 20:27:11 1248 KB 125 0.98 29/09/2008 22:35:39 13696 KB 1370 10.7 etc. @80paise /MB( this was not the case earlier. NU was not shown unbilled usage and bill tallied ) I am disconnecting Airtel very soon this week .UPGD to BSNL Home 500..as I cannot argue /(do not want to ) with them every month.Awaiting reply from Yramakrishnan on his Sept bill for 3849 /= !

Oh !! Gonna disconnect ?! :huh: . . .. Man wait for some time. Initially even my night usage was counted. Now its not. Am waiting for my bill. Once it comes, [ hope ] i can solve the issue and give positive feedback abt Airtel. Pl put ur disconnecting decision on hold for a month atleast.

Had a phone call this afternoon.Your feedback on the bill is important.At least four CC from Tech side said, all usage will be shown in unbilled acct.and only when final bill is prepared credit will be given for NU. How? They could not explain. Para two:Similar problem in BSNL solved after a long struggle. Even now if you log in at say 0150and sign off at 0230 all usage will be counted !If you sign on at 0755 and sign off at 0900 no usage will be counted.( sometimes they break it into two 30 minute blocks and part usage will be counted.) Para three:Assume I download 1 GB every night. 1GB= Rs 800 30 GB Rs 24000/= ( approx)............................if 4 GB each night 3200 x 30 = Rs 96000/= ( approx ) RS One lakh and above was very common in BSNL earlier !IF I get a bill for One Lakh should I start pleading with Airtel ?See your printed bill for Sept 2008:How the usage is presented.? Some hope there !Now you cannot access usage details for Aug26th to Sept 25th! in Airtel.Para four: Since I have Dataone connection 33MB ( 1GB/month ) available , I will use it in daytime.And Airtel only from 0905PM to 0755 AM !!!!!and use/exhaust 1GB (day quota ) end of the month !

Well. The access to your log of the previous month will not be given to you. But they will maintain your past records. Won't you get your log details wit your bill ?

I don't remember when i will get my paper bill every month, but i feel like they are purposely delaying this time. Its already 2nd today. I didn't even get the e-bill.

If they are not ready to waive the excess amount, simple. I will cancel my ECS and won't pay the bill. Utmost wat they can do ? Cut the connection ? Then ? Wat else ?

Update on my bill : I got the bill on 2nd evening and i made a complaint wit CC . They said that they wil solve the issue by 4th [ i.e, today ]. AZ few mins back , i contacted 'em . He told that they have made a waiver of Rs. 3058 , which means, still i should pay Rs.833 , which is truly unfair. Utmost my bill can touch Rs. 450 . . .Once again i ve made a complaint now. They have asked time till Monday. Wil update on Monday evening about the status. Ciao .

Update: MY NU is not recorded now ! using Airtel now to check day entry tomorrow(5th) evening. . ( did not use during day time on 2nd and 3rd )

Yeah ! Even my Night Unlimited usage is not counted since 19th sep. Only for the first few days, they fail to activate NU top up. Thats y the problem. . .
