hmmm might be the temporary prblem.. 2 days gone.. any info on ur account ?

Yesterday they created a new account for me and now i am able to log in. But the funniest thing is that they have charged for the download i made during 15th. They have charged Rs.3209 for that single night ! . Hope they wil waive that . Am yet to report that to the CC.

UPDATE: seems plan migrated wef 0800 23rd Sept .
But In Selfcare usage acct option deleted..
Expect to be restored wef from next billing cycle 26/09/2008.
Also will check speed NU free tonight !

Confirm abt ur NU activation b4 downloading any huge stuffs . Right now they have included my downloads on 15th in chargeable units. . Have to report tomo.

Yeah this is available for all customers currently in Turbo 256 with NU . I dunno abt other plans wit NU .

And .. One of my friend, who is currently in home 799 plus plan, approached CC and asked for this offer. They replied him that this is only for those users who currently uses 9-8 UL BB usage . So . . I request all users who use any plan with that Night Unlimited Broadband usage [ Top Up ] to approach CC , if you wish to migrate to this plan.

Ask CC by email. No Phone promises.

Update: Speed H24 up to 1 Mbps. OK
Whether NU is being billed do not know.
Billing . Self care acct says wrong ID password.
Waiting for next billing cycle w.e.f 26th Sept 2008. to access self care page.

And . . . I contacted CC regarding that charges waiver for the downloads made on 15th night. He told that only after the bill is generated, anything regarding the billing can be done and asked me to contact after i get the bill.
