Airtel Broadband: Self Care says User Name and Password Wrong

ah.. finally i was able to login .. But couldn't check the Unbilled amount :(it says "no unbilled usage"hows that possible :wall:
 
@asdfgf check your telephone acct . some amount shown for me. for BB 04442xxxxxx_tn "No unbilled usage " Should be OK by 24th as per CC.
 
The unbilled isn't working yet. Under the Tel. account it will only show the total outstanding as per the last bill.
 
My "unbilled amount": Rs 4/40 for the telephone usage. . for billing period starting 26th feb.May be for different States , the update data is different.

It shows only the Last Bill paid date and amount.

These guys deleted my account from their database. Someone called me from the Nodal Office and asked me to create another account for my postpaid mobile in that portal ( along with the usual sorry sentences !! ). I have created another account, but am yet to login successfully :(
 
SelfCare > Just now checked. Working fine. unbilled . upto 23rd Rs 503/= . free limit Rs 560/=
 
Still not working for me. I tried registering from my mobile. I got the message "We are unable to process the request, please try again later". :(
