Airtel Broadband: Self Care says User Name and Password Wrong

still Unbilled usage doesn't work for me...

"We are unable to process your request. Sorry for the inconvenience"

May be they posted only my acct for CHENNAI because I had given notice for disconnection ! UNlikely. Anyway . Now too late. New billing cycle starts.

1216AM Just now tried. directed to usual log in page. Same message for me too! May be they have gone to sleep switching off the eqpts ?!
 
It says autehntication has failed when I try to log-in but when I log-in to speed on demand it works well...
 


They now send me another password. I tried logging in using that, but i get a "We advise you to not share your "My Account" Login and Password with any one or with any other website" message first then "Internal Server Error" :(
 
Can anyone confirm - Is Airtel Self-Care working for anyone?
