This year both the Biggies Airtel & reliance haven't come out with new tariffs which they usually do every year around this time

ugh this is against NTP(national telecom policy) which promised affordable internet to common man by 2015!

actually reliance revised their netconnect+ prepaid plans!

Why can't the ISPs (Airtel, in our case) incur the cost involved in the hike in the licensing fee? They immediately had to tranfer the burden on to the poor customer while the corporates continue earning the same profits.Considering the increase in tariff, Airtel should atleast double the speeds and/or increase the datacap for existing plans. It's been like an year since any improvements were made to these plans.
