Let us hope it is confined to Odisha only. They have started providing FTTH and 3G at district HQ. But not at suburbs and small towns.

TRAI should bring something like one second billing in telecom as well.
If this happens in Punjab, i'm applying for cancellation application right away and going back to Connect Broadband.
