Finally i am happy, airtel extreme fiber and BSNL bharat fiber both came to area just a few days ago and i was just holding onto my old bsnl adsl connection as the bsnl lco guy was charging 6k for the installation and airtel despite free installation, had shitty fup of 150 or 300 gb fup on base plans, so i decided to wait for a few more months for jio fibre but now i have no excuse left to not shift to airtel extreme fibre....

i am in some sort of blacklist when it comes to airtel lol. no response to emails or tweets or dms. also need to know the process that works coz of uncles and relatives who would need to be downgraded as well. would be great if these fucks let users downgrade to a lower plan through the app. not sure if they would allow. or they have allowed till now? it seems they have allowed so far. It seems that they are not providing the xstream box in LCO cities, they are showing free xstream box in big cities where they provide connection directly, rest in LCO cities its not showing free xstream box.
