Airtel SMS error 2

I have been trying to send a message to a particular number and everytime airtel throws in ''a error 2 cant send messages.''

I have talktime in my account, the sim is not damaged its a esim.
phone is samsung s24U

also the same mesaage is easily sent by a jio sim.

You need some sort of talktime balance if it's a special number.

Then there might be some hidden terms and conditions from Airtel regarding sending SMS to international number. Try contacting their clueless support... Hopefully they can help. Do share what they say.
