I don't think doing anything else on your side might help you at this point. You could reopen the complaint and escalate it to Appellate Authority.

@manojrk I have talked to the Airtel's Engg. He has told me that similar issue is happening for other VDSL connections also.

I am not sure..If he is saying truth or false. :(

Today, VDSL connection stopped working. It was through after creating a complaint. Engineer said that it was backend issue. I have observed that Beetel 777VR1 Firmware is changed to "V01.00.05_2_Test3".

Bad News: I am moving to another house, Airtel says only 2Mbps connection is feasible. Hell no!!!
Is this time to bid another Goodbye to Airtel?

@wecaz Where do you live currently (the place where you have VDSL), please mention state and city?

Its good to see some improvement in the line stats, however I still see that the modem is syncing way higher that what would be suficient for 40Mbps. Can't they set the sync rate for your line to something lower, so that it doesn't keep trying to achieve its target sync which it clearly won't?

@Karan I'm not sure but there is another guy @manojrk who's syncing near 90+ but his plan is 40 MBPS. Many other also have it. It seems like they are syncing everybody at the open (no cap)

By the way, Any inputs what could be the issue?

Manoj's distance to the server is less than yours, the physical line condition too may be better, hence, his line stays stable even at those high sync rates. (V)DSL is very much distance dependant.

Discuss with airtel on lowering the sync rates or trying a different profile for your line and see if that helps.

The issue here is due to factors that are out of your control. There isn't anything you can or haven't already done or tried at your end. Only airtel can properly diagnose the root cause and fix it, provided they can/are willing to do it.
