@Adidam They did remotely to modem. I found myself when i logged in. I don't have firmware

Firmware Version
V01.00.05_2_Test3

@Adidam.. no disconnects. I have been monitoring from past 24 hours. I even power off modem for sometime and power on to check whether problem repeats.....it's is fine as of now and much stable.

@tech_bng Okay so basically rewiring/retagging + modem firmware update solved the issue for you for now.

Check it for next 48 hours without powering down and keep using this connection only for the usage.

If you don't use it and simply check the disconnects then it won't disconnect much but if you use it then it makes hard for the modem to cope up and eventually would drop the link.

So keep using it to know if it is still 100% fine or looses link sync while using.

Firmware of my Beetel 777VR1 router is V01.00.05_2.
It gets disconnected during continuous high bandwidth usage. Without high usage, it normally remains connected. The same has been the case now, as there has been 5 days since last disconnection.

@Adidam. Net is pretty stable. Only once it was disconnected from past 2 days. Below have done to fix the problem
1. Tag changed at DP
2. Tag chaged at MDF
3. Fixed copper issue between DP and exchange.
4. Firmware upgrade on modem.

@tech_bng: Fixed Copper wire issue between DP and Exchange? What was that? How is that solved?

How did you or your beetel got updated?

@Adidam.. last week..there was unplanned maintenance on 1 day where nodal officer told there was line problem between DP and Exchange. The very next day, technician called and informed copper issue was fixed.
Regarding the modem upgrade..once technician enabled FTP on modem.. He told there were instructions to enable...Probably he isn't aware of firmware upgrade...After few days they did upgrade remotely. Funny part is Airtel hasn't informed me about the upgrade. I found myself when checked the modem. The build date is 17th March 2017.

I think the settings are below.
Advanced >> NAT >> ALG >> FTP.
