Airtel Xstream Fiber Broadband in Patna/Bihar

Internet service is down since last night.. Is anyone else facing the issue?

Yes same here.. since 12:15am last night.... talked to cc today. she told multiple fiber cuts issue will be rectified till evening... But LCO is saying server is down will be back online around noon. What's your location @imdeep077 ? I'm from kankarbagh.

My secondary fiber connection is also down which i think uses backend from Airtel.

So it It was really a server down and not fibre cuts . from now on we don't have to believe everything what cc says lol.
