Honestly guys don't keep your hopes high this is just an email and not an official announcement . And we all know how much Airtel loves his eastern customers by our past experiences . also this may take time, if it's done tomorrow I will be more than happy but doesn't feels like it

From past 2 days i am not getting internet signal on my router. I filed a complaint and it was supposed to be resolved yesterday but i didn't even get any response or call from anyone regarding my issue. Can anyone help me where should i contact or give me any contact to get my problem solved. I live in kankarbagh locality. My isp is airtel.

@secant. how did you file the complaint? through the Airtel app or by calling 121 from your Airtel mobile phone? You can try both.
Also, send an email to [email protected] about the issue. with mentioning your broadband id.
