I don't think its sinking ship as more tightening of belts for the next venture, DTH and/or IPTV ?I'm not aware if they have made heavy losses this year or the last ?Stock price slips ?

Well sushubh....that's the BEST part abt Airtel CC....no 2 people will ever give u the same info...lol...I did call up CC again last nite...n the guy did confirm abt 1999 plan and also abt double speeds gone at nite...-no commitment abt double speeds anymore...if u get them...ur lucky...else start luking for an alternate ISP )

heh time to check again. i might upgrade for a month. waiting for reliance to launch their services in my region. that should fix airtel up as they would finally face some competition...

Reliance has a junction box on top of most buildings around my area. They started providing connections in the area around 8 months back. Airtel couldnt care less about it. The fact that Reliance is coming to your area doesnt necessarily mean Airtel will get better. I think the ISPs have signed a pact together to screw the customers as much as they can.

i have been to bsnl office and i don't like what i saw there. i don't like queues. i dont like bureaucrats. my dad is one. still i hate them.

but go early hrs when theres less queue..now dont tell me ppl queue up as if they are gettin new playstations or iPhones

i am not one of them. i dont get into any queues. i book movie tickets online. i get people to submit my power/water bills. i don't think i stand in queue anywhere. the line at the airtel office is pretty short usually. i come back if their is a long queue there. call me lazy. but dealing with bsnl and their people is not MY cup of tea!and this is my 10,000th post? and this is about my laziness? damn.
