Ok this is the first time for me , never faced any trouble with Amazon
ordered a simple wired logitech mouse and this seller

sends an counterfeit one , raised a return request on 1 sep 2016 and till now no attempt was made for any pickup
and i have mailed amazon twice regarding the same issue and got the response that pickup will be made in 48 hours and still nothing happens
and then i wrote them the third mail and then they respond saying that they will initiate the refund first and I should return the item whenever the courier guy shows up , it get this response today 09 sep 2016 .

This is kinda bad and i was thinking of ordering premium phones from them !!
 
strange. both me and @vedantlath were told that blue dart would pick the delivery and the label had blue dart branding. i mean it even has a awb number that you can add to apps like aftership to track.
 
and the return order that was picked up by Amazon... required no labels or packaging. the guy just took the product and left. nothing else required. :D
 
the return label just has this AWB no , tried it in Bluedart site which says number not found

AWB no 710280265XX


edit : pickup to be made by Amazon , even though i have a return label it says that i dont have to print it as the amazon courier guy will bring it ..

What's the best way to escalate an issue with Amazon? Tried social media and [email protected] too.

PGPORTAL won't work for this right?

Any other options before the consumer court?
