And it's Delivered now. It was shipped from Delhi exact location is not mentioned.
You may download the p-slip after a product is shipped to know the exact address of the warehouse from which it was shipped.

UPDATE: On contacting them the usual feeble excuses were trotted out but when these excuses were proved nonsensical the agent finally admitted that 'possibly its not assigned to a courier yet' 🤦‍♂️Looks like someone missed one line which featured my order.

I wonder if Amazon is doing enough on fraud sellers who sell expired or defective products. I am talking about washing machine liquid detergents. Seeing the negative comments about product being diluted with other chemicals, crappy smell forces me to purchase it from local shops than online.

Just stick to cloudtail or buy from another source. Reviews on Amazon are not trustworthy. So it's best to stick to bigger sellers.

Also sort reviews by recent. Amazon has a tendency to prioritise old reviews even if they are excessively negative.

There are targeted campaigns that might post a bunch of negative reviews for specific product categories.

Surf pods is an example I noticed.

As a part of campaigns we have done barter for getting verified reviews on Amazon. A person buys something, leaves a positive review and they get reimbursed.

So how do you determine the reputation of seller based on feedback? Above 90%, 80% or 70%?
