Is this a rule of govt. of india?
If ur application is still pending then the govt. authorities might have at least given some tentative dates when you would be given the final approval.....or ar u just in an eternal wait..
So far it's been a very long wait. I get given this month and that month but on several occasions dates have flown by without word, and harassing them on the phone isn't helping at the moment. And my lawyers are useless c**ts who just seem to enjoy emptying my wallet at the moment.

'all else fails' i.e. there is a possibility that u might be not be given approval???
They could potentially find some reason to not grant it - they've done it before with some other paperwork and I've had to fight it.

Do 1 thing give them cash as a bribe, and also put an agreement with a govt that all future profits/losses of HAYAI would be shared with govt. like 10% of profits to govt.
Youuuuuuuuuuuuuuu think I don't know the concept of bakhsheesh and kickbacks? Jeez come on, I'm even doing the same in NZ, although indirectly, and NZ is supposed to be one of the least corrupt countries on earth.

Even i got admission in college, bcause of a huge amount DONATION of RS 60,000. Now when the college got what they want they kicked me out, and more worst is they won't give the original stuff of mine back.:madness::madness:
They say now the college won't give original certificate back now & won't call untill october, so am i fool to wait 4 this much time.
Change that to dollars and that's what university in NZ costs. In rupees? That's nothing. For Bombay Scottish to even look at an application you have to give them many lakhs. I think St Xaviers is similar.

ooh losses would be shared by the government. this would be a nice strategy.
by the way, government already takes a part of your profits. it's call tax.
Not to mention the annual licence fee of 6% of my AGR.

Government sharing profits/LOSSES of PRIVATE comapnies ??? have you ever read civics/no what is the job of a govt.....
The govt of India has many more jobs, many more duties to do then to support pvt. companies and buy stakes in them.
The government doesn't support Pvt companies or buy stakes in them - when a company makes a profit, the government automatically takes a cut of it in the form of corporate taxation and sales tax (plus taxation of each individual worker). If the company makes a loss, the company makes much less tax (and has to actually PAY OUT sales tax - this is called a "loss attributing company" or something - I have one in NZ that I use essentially for this purpose).

@MG..please launch you services as soon for providing us better services..
If I could launch tomorrow, I would, well... not tomorrow, maybe the day after. The best flights to India from NZ leave Auckland at 11am, and it's now 15.40.

hayai ? :isleep:
IMO, there should not be any more posts/threads relating to Hayai until and unless the service actually launches..or the person posting on behalf of Hayai has anything substantial to post. We are sick and tired of reading/discussing and then again re-discussing threadbare speculative aspects of an imaginary service. It has been approx 2 yrs now that this has been going on, its high time to put the act together or stop giving false hope to people.
The "act" is together, but everything is dependent now on ME. Half the issue is that even though I come from a commonwealth country the lower-rank people keep applying the wrong regulations to every piece of paperwork I submit, which in some cases has delayed the applications by months more than they should have been while I try and get through to the higher guys who actually know what the damn situation is.

I think u are going too hard.......
But nevertheless i also had a scaled down view.. I was virtually amazed to see the thread SPEED TEST & PING TESTS of Hayai.
I mean the service isn't been launched yet and people are asking to post speed test results on an unloaded network ???
The speed tests on page 6 or 7 of the speedtest thread were taken on a live network with about 10,000 subscribers using it.
