Now you are talking.... if I am not wrong... you (intertionaly OR unintentionally) created impression earlier that its all Indian governments fault all these 2 years.. clearly u have been telling half stories!

Actually, I think you'll find that I've said numerous times that the delays are on me, being that it's my paperwork and all.

Sorry if u find above post bit rough.. but thats something i always felt.

It's a fair comment but I've never absolved myself of blame. I've made it quite clear that everything's waiting on MY paperwork only - it doesn't matter if it's sitting in their office or mine, or if it's in an envelope on it's way from one country to another.

There are several occasions, however, when I *CAN* definitively point to some delays being the fault of some government agency, such as the times when certain international laws have to be effected or when they reject my paperwork for stupid reasons (even though it was actually correct, as I've described).

As I've mentioned in previous posts (well... probably a few months ago now), rollout has been going on between Vikhroli and Mulund. Anyone who lives in the Northern-Central suburbs probably will have noticed some trucks rolling out last-mile fiber through both new and existing conduits. Our points of presence in other parts of the city are just points of presence which are reached using existing fiber, and have not had much of the last-mile fiber rolled out yet.

Can anyone confirm this.. The residents of the areas Vikhroli and Mulund.

well.. i have been noticing that u r doing eveyrthing single handedly. and i have pointed it here on forum too. u r handling even ur own website thing..which is such a small thing and can be done by hiring some guy and paying them 7-10K Rs. i have no idea when u r spending thousands of dollar why did u think of saving these few thousands?

u continuously respond here too (which in one way is good) but then it also gives impression that dont u have anything else to do when u r trying to launch such a big venture? how can u do so many things ALL ALONE in just 1 or 2 months when u announced Hayai in late 2009. You didnt have equipment clearance that time (which i hope u got midway in last year)

so overall...if u see... it was ur premature announcement and not others fault... all the hype was created so prematurely.

and now see the situation.. everyone is losing patience/hope and everyone doubts you.

Hayai all the way !No worries guys. Just have some patience.I know alot of us are waiting for its launch but its cause of the friggin' government procedures and lousy sluggishness of them that Mgcarley is having trouble with.I can't wait to kick these ISP's right on their ass and switch on to Hayai.

Wow...this thread is turning from an Open letter to a letter-bomb !! Ah come on people. You call yourself mature and yet you are not mature enough to UNDERSTAND how much dedication , planning and hardwork is required to set-up a huge business venture especially in a country which is foreign to you ?Imagine yourself trying to set-up a venture like this somewhere in Morocco or SpainWhere you can't event speak the local language. I bet most of the guys would crumble with just the thought of it.So stop criticizing and hope for the best.

I hope some day we come back to this thread and have a laugh that why we doubted this venture in the first place (yeah this my optimistic cat asking me to type it here)
