Android Phone. Budget 14k

Alright, need to buy a new phone for mom. Has to be android. Budget is 14k. Can be stretched to 15k at the outset. She doesn't want mmx/carbon/xolo, so that's out. I thought of the Xperia M/L (more so M, as L is around 17k)
Any suggestions?

if ur mom is ok with Lumia (win8) then its great buy. Excellent camera and sound ! 620/720/625

These current 15k range android phones are offering crap in it even if the specs are good !
