On the smartphone side of things, the following is a list of some of the alternative design options Apple felt Samsung should have looked into further:

Front surface that isn't black.
Overall shape that isn't rectangular, or doesn't have rounded corners.
Display screens that aren't centered on the front face and have substantial lateral borders.
Non-horizontal speaker slots.
Front surfaces with substantial adornment.
No front bezel at all.

As for tablets, Apple identified a similar list of alternative designs available to Samsung:

Overall shape that isn't rectangular, or doesn't have rounded corners.
Thick frames rather than a thin rim around the front surface.
Front surface that isn't entirely flat.
Profiles that aren't thin.
Cluttered appearance.

Androids and Apples are derived from penguins. Ohh I completely missed the point by a mile. sry :)

Android is derived from Linux, mac OS is using a lot of source from FreeBSD and iOS is stripped down version of mac OS

My friend just bought an Apple iPhone 4s @ Net $704.## which will be delivered through someone from US. I was like - "Dost, Dost Na Raha..."He was excited about using it to showoff @ office though :|

Haha that's what it is good for anyway. There is this guy at work who was showing off his iPhone 4 and bragging all types of shit. We were supposed to be going somewhere and I wasn't aware of the route. I was curious to see how the maps on iPhone look like. Our iPhone dude kept waiting for the slow GPRS (3G) to return some results, and my old warrior (Nokia) had already shown me the place and was trying to lock the satellite for navigation. He was like 'how is your network faster'? When I said it is offline, he shut up. Aah. Sweet.

I just have a Google Nexus S and a Nokia 6275.

Ooh. Posting this from Firefox Aurora build. Fonts look much better here. Thankfully Google Chrome developers are switching to DirectWrite from GDI on Windows.
