As per TRAI MOP,1. register complain at Call Centre/Store (which in your case is already done)2. If resolution is not provided within 48hrs, contact Nodal Officer giving reference of your Service Request Number . Nodal Officer will create a new service request and resolve the Issue.3. If Nodal Officer is not able to solve the issue within 48hrs, you can contact Appeletite Authority. Appeal form is available on all Telcos Web site.4. At any time you can call on Post Greviance Cell number which in your case will be a local call as its centred at Delhi only.5.
