As per TRAI MOP,1. register complain at Call Centre/Store (which in your case is already done)2. If resolution is not provided within 48hrs, contact Nodal Officer giving reference of your Service Request Number . Nodal Officer will create a new service request and resolve the Issue.3. If Nodal Officer is not able to solve the issue within 48hrs, you can contact Appeletite Authority. Appeal form is available on all Telcos Web site.4. At any time you can call on Post Greviance Cell number which in your case will be a local call as its centred at Delhi only.5. In offline way, you can mail the issue to known Customer Service Manager or Head of Customer Service. All according to TRAI, this time no offence and no chairman kind of words included :P

so basically i should send an email to the nodal officer mentioned on the reliance website with my complaint number. i can do that. no problems. gurgaon would be considered part of haryana i guess considering we are talking about broadband here. gurgaon is part of delhi ncr when it comes to mobile services.

@IndianMascot

he asking u to post the email IDS that u were gonna PM him to post it here on the thread so if anyone else wants to contact them they can also and it wont just be a individual benefit...was this more clear :P

Posting Chairman's ID on open forum won't be appropriate . I would try to find out other IDs from my frenchisee friend.

dont send emails only .. rather write letters and send them thats more of a proof incase you ever go to the consumer court ...

As far as I know, there is no separate circle classification and Nodal Officer for Reliance Broadband. So the one of Delhi NCR will assist you.

One id is [email protected]. This kind of ID is common across all operators. I have gt reply once from [email protected] when I was having issue in airtel.

One can send Fax also.

IM please dont get me wrong . you were off very big help to me thank you :) .. im just very sick of dealing with this mess but theres a long way to go . either i just pay them and sit quiet or i fight for my ego . right now i want to fight as reliance is very wrong ...

I can understand buddy. Even I am sick off fighting from various telcos. After recent issues in Vodafone, was planning to switch to Idea, but it seems that issues are everywhere. All telcos are same and equal no of " Dukhi Customers ".So, this time I won't be porting out and would keep fighting with Vodafone untill I feel its costly and I sud change. This month bill will decide the future of my curret service provider.

atleast u guys are just getting calls from Reliance. Airtel ppl sent a retention dept. gunda to my house just now... just few minutes back mange to tell him to get lost and I dont wish to continue with Airtel anymore.. Jesus !

:D Airtel is very bad in that. Some 5-6 yrs back they use to literally do Hard Recovery , but later due to extreme critising from all over , they stopped it. Don't know if they still do this kind of things or not.

ah well. if i cannot get this issue sorted out, reliance would be doing the same in a couple of weeks time.
