try to get it replaced if its just been a week. These fans don't last long and repairing is quite expensive.

Update: Technician just came and did reset with his special tech remote and it started working, he said because of voltage fluctuation it might have happened. If this issue happens again we have to rely on technician only, we can't do anything on our own

Yup. Major problem with these fans. It's expensive to repair these after warranty is over. So overall a terrible purchase.

Do register your unit on their website since it's new for the third year warranty. I think otherwise they only give two.

yes I did registered on their website, got 3 year warranty.
