I am not sure you can expect full speed on the file serves... they have speedlimits for free users...
Try downloading from multiple servers the cummulative speed would be >1.5mbps (in your case)
CAn u suggest me some good site where can i get full speed ? n im getting 1.7mbps whn i download frm Apple,ms n other big sites

Your question is too Vague... Do you mean to test your speed ? Then I guess the sites you mentioned are pretty fair tests in themselves... dont knw any better ones...If you are asking file hosting servers like rapid, link-removed? in which case no file hosting server will allow you 1.5mbps without paid usage... atlease in India .. (My friend in London said he gets 500kbps on some of these serves)

its so wierd whn i download from windows im getting above 700kbps n sometimes goes to 1mbps for few min n back to 600kbps on MU but on mac im getting 300kbps n remains b/w 250-300kbps..den i guess its waste of having dos speed(15/10mbps) whn dey r no sites to utilize dem fully..n on torrents max i reached was 800kbps

I dont knw for the reset FUP I amount shown is Re.1 for me ???
I mean in the account page.. when i hit the calculate button for checking the amount to reset fup... it give me Re.1...
Any idea why ?
right said, i just checked now, its showing 200/-
It is calculated per day basis depending on how many days you are away from the auto FUP rest day (your bill date)
I know I am Boasting (read Beaming) but the beam page says my downloads for this month till 20th stand at 250gb .. (the uploads would be double)

any CDN based portal can be used to test speed, subject to overhead.

for free users its capped between 1mbps - 3mbps depending on their server loads.
