As of now, Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Krait SOC (Which is Dual Core) in HTC One S is beating Nvidia Tegra 3 (Quad Core + 1) hands down in most benchmarks. It is expected to be a better battery optimizer too.

Early Snapdragon S4 benchmarks could spell trouble for Tegra 3

It's expected that US Carrier versions of One X will be carrying Snapdragon S4.

^^ LMAO at Nvidia.I picked up an Xperia Mini @ 10499 from a local store. Just needed a spare phone with Reliance sim as my MTNL service quality seems getting worse day by day.Sony has promised ICS upgrade to it so lets see.I was tempted to get HTC One V but it's less bang for the buck @ 17000

I too agree that as of this moment, the HTC One S looks like it could be a better buy. I am going to wait it out till May by the looks of it, and see the options then (White One X Vs. One S). It all depends on the pricing. My one hesitation with the One S was the camera quality, since if I am to spend this much, I want a replacement to my point and shoot (as far as can be). They were pushing the One X so much more than the One S - but the engadget reviews that have 95 sample pictures from both phones seems to suggest that there is only a minor difference as far as the camera goes.

price difference is going to be important. from what i hear, htc has not launched it because they did not want to hurt the sales of htc sensation and pricing it around 30K would have made it look very stupid. they might discontinue sensation in a month or two and bring one as a replacement. but anything close to 30K would make it a bad purchase compared to one x.

Sushubh....Why r u so particular about the white color of the model? It gets stained so quickly. Secondly, as u said, ICS would look better on a black phone. I have seen people around me with white phones......the color loses its shine very soon!
