Best value for money smartphone deal under Rs. 7000?

So, my former ciggie supplier is looking to upgrade to a touchscreen smartphone. His budget is Rs. 7k MAX. He would prefer something around 6k though his top limit is 7k.
What options can I suggest him? :redface:

Flipkart price is Rs. 6999. Includes a 8GB memory card. 5% affiliate commission would mean around 350 rupees. I guess buying from FK would be a better deal?

I thought about selling him my Nexus for 7K. But then I am not sure about the battery life. No clue if the battery itself has gone bad or is it because of Android 4.3.

Specs wise Iris 455 has slight edge over Xolo (larger screen, better SoC). Still I would recommend Xolo as it comes with Android 4.2 and such budget phones would mostly be stuck with the Android verison it was shipped with.
