Anyone Experienced this?Tried downloading Firefox in my cousin's comp. I used IE for this, but the IE crashed every time i tried to download. Was it intentionally done?

That cant happen IMO. Its like crow sitting on a branch & the branch breaks......could be some other glitch!

According to StatCounter, in the week ending May 20, Chrome accounted for 32.76 per cent of the browser usage, while Internet Explorer was marginally behind with 31.94 per cent. Data for 21 May shows the gap closing down with Chrome losing its weekly gain to slide down to 31.88 per cent while IE dipped to 31.47 per cent.

Firefox is my main browser but i also use Chrome , IE & opera whenver needed, I use IE for banking sites , use opera when i need proxy/Opera Turbo & chrome whenever firefox has trouble loading any site .

^ InterestingChrome is my default browser at home, the overall browsing comfort is unmatched, yet when I use it in a bad and congested network such as my office or a dial up, it takes ages for a page to open. Axis Bank and Kotak seems to encounter sessions problems with Chrome right after log on. The download speed for large files sometimes becomes very sluggish, often dragging at bytes per second when some other application is chewing on the bandwidth.Firefox is my default browser in Office, it seems to handle slow unreliable and congested networks very well. For banking transactions I always rely on Firefox, along with the downloading of very large files.

chrome would probably have issues on a unreliable connection like Edge or 3G or CDMA wireless. opera is probably the best option to use in such cases.
