broadband plan change

i have applied for change of broadband plan from 'home 250' to 'home 500 c'on 23/10/08.how many days will it take for changing plan.will it change from 1st of next month(1/11/08).

yea plans usually change from the 1st of nxt mth... i had applied for change the plan from home500c to unlimited plus on 1 oct missed aday..n they said it will chng from 1st nov..altho it has nt been chngd as yet@

Check in your USAGE portal regularly, before attempting to download heavily.MY orders should show Provisioned. Ip 117.xx.xx.xxThe plan column entry will change for IP 59.xx.xx.xx .One user downloaded heavily ( say 5 GB) between 0200 and 0800 AM on 1st november , but his plan was changed only at 0200PM on 1st November .His usage has been included in Chargeable units.. Of course he may get waiver later. Para two:ChennaiCircle/Gujrat/Maharastra circles have offered double Usage for NOV/2008(*conditions apply ) as Festival Bonus. Also mentioned NO PLAN CHANGE in November 2008 ( for BB users since last 6 months )

Hello! I checked my IP and its 117.XXX.XXX.XXX What does this mean?? Nothing is mentioned in my orders as you said , there is no separate night usage being shown while it was there a month ago...since past month my portal interferce has changed... there is no separate night usage , no my plan column , my orders column has changed ... i tried putting the order no they gave me for changing my plan but it returns an error saying no results found ...! I'm putting the snapshots of my portal acct here please have a look and tell me is everybdy else also having the same ...coz it wasnt like this earlier and as per the posts i have read in the forums ppl stilll have the same old portal...m confused...
also i noticed one thing right now , my usage for non-free hours is also being shown as 0 from yesterday does that mean my plan has been changed NOW?

Well after all that :wall: banging head on walll with BSNL people my plan has been changed!:yahoo:! I went to BSNL office on tuesday and asked theperson sitting there that I wanna check my plan..Conversation:-
ME- I wanna check my existing broadband plan
Person (P)- You want to check the plan or change it?
ME-I had applied for change of plan . now i wanna confirm it.
P- when did you apply for it ?
ME- 1st Oct and was told my plan would be changed from 1st nov..
P-ok
and he asked for the no. n typed it...then he said unlimited hai 750 wala .. i asked plus ? he said ya 750 plus i said ok....can you provide me any acknowledgement?
he said hum baithe hain na..bol rahe hain....
ME- bill aya toh?
P- aise kese ayega?
ME- Mere 5 nov tak ka unbilled mei chargeble units charged hai aur 5 ke baad chargeable units NIL diha raha hai..what abt tht...
P- ho he nahi sakta...
ME- i checked online and wahaan yahi dikha raha hai...
P- (again) ho he nahi sakta...
ME- thanks...!
so that was teh convo between me and that person....
and my usage after 5th nov has been )...so is uppose i wont b charged now... or are thr still nay chances of being blessed by BSNL ppl ?? Should I start downloading at daytime or wait for my first bill after plan change to arrive?
And ya..as i menioned in one of my eariler posts here
When i logged in to my portal today..my portal has changed back to its old appearence....and now my plan is being shown in "my orders"

and ya i also wanted to ask.. whats the difference between the two IP s 117.xxx.xxx.xxx and 59.xxx.xxx.xxx mine is still 117.xx.xxx.xxx and in my orders its written "provisioned" what does that mean?
will be really thankful if you answer my queries.

117.xxx.xxx.xxx = NIB2 (NOC in Bangalore)59.xxx.xxx.xxx = NIB1 (NOC in Delhi)"provisioned" = (new plan) activated.
