BSNL BBG Combo ULD 1199 to offer 2mbps Unlimited & unlimited local/std calls for Rs. 1199

Mine upstream is set above 4000kbps but still I get only 1000 Kbps . Is there anything I can do guys.

P.S: I live really close to the BSNL exchange and its rural area. Less connections. That maybe the reason for faster speeds.

Can't able to switch to BBG COMBO ULD 1199 plan, exchange is keep saying that the plan is not updated in their database so they can't change my plan, please help, I am from Kharagpur, West Bengal.

@Tridip - BSNL exchange in some areas of WB are mostly not informed about latest updates.

No, they do know about the plan but they were unable to activate the plan as the plan is not updated in their database yet.
