How easy is it to get a FTTH connection in Kolkata???

BSNL introduced one more plan for Landline.
Rs. 1199 per month for Unlimited Local/ STD calls to any network in India and flat 2Mbps speed ( no FUP) for Internet. ( Service Tax extra).

I went to local exchange for plan change. But they not found this new plan on their system. I think it will take some days to update new plans.

I have successfully applied for the BBG Combo ULD 1199 plan today. Could not do it yesterday due to urgent work. They are supposed to do it by Monday. Will update once the plan has been changed

I looked for this plan on the South circle website right now but it is not available!

Went to exchange today to apply for this plan,they had no idea of this plan. I showed them a screenshot from bsnl website and they couldn't believe bsnl was giving unlimited calls plus flat 2mbps unlimited speed. After a phone call they said yes it was available and that this plan would be activated within few hours to max tomm morning.
