ok uploading a youtube video. would do it once it uploads. i already had to abort the upload from the phone when you got my wifi disconnected nthego:man. bsnl upload speeds are pretty much half of airtel. at least give me 3mbps downloads

From 3 days i'm struggling to close my complaint which was there for 6 months, in selfcare portal. And i was not able to log any complaint in 198
when they brought cdr system.Called cdr(hyderabad) yesterday to reset my 198 account.Still problem is there because clartiy software was down.
clarity is the software used by bsnl to see all complaints in 198. my complaints are not appearing in their clarity app.
as a customer do i have to all these to resolve my issue??? even area manager had no clue wer to do all these reset.
i guess it's good if you have not been spoiled by 4-5 years of excellent airtel service. agreed that airtel has gone shite in the past couple of years. but i had still prefer getting 4.5-5.0mbps speeds on their smartbyte****ed connection
