upload speeds look pretty bad.

and modem backend only works for like the first few minutes after a restart. cannot load 192.168.1.1 at all.

you need to port forward in u r modem advance setup>dmz>192.168.1.100( as seen in your tcp/ip)

change u r dns to 156.154.70.1 & 156.154.71.1 & try direct downloads (download something from microsoft)

first try this ip 192.168.1.100 subnet mask 255.255.255.1 default gateway 192.168.1.1and change the dns to 156.154.70.1 & 156.154.71.1

i am connected through my wifi router which is on 192.168.11.1 so i keep it in automatic mode because i keep on switching between the modem and the router.

chuck wifi for a while.get wired & then go wireless& i hope its a 4mbps plan!!!!!
