so maybe it is the setting in the backend that is causing the slow speeds? i hope this manoj guy is helpful when i call tomorrow.

I'd posted this a few pages back . For some reason, it takes a few days for the 4mbit speed profile to be set.

ah well dmz settings should not affect my broadband experience. i would get back to my regular setup in the morning. wifi is connected to the airtel line which is of course lying useless (for me).
