Question for those who have used smartbyte. So, once a person has reached say 90% of the bandwidth (say 135 GB on a 150 GB plan).. and they buy a 10 GB pack.. they would now be still 82% of their initial allocated bandwidth, do they still get smartbyte redirections?

just came back from the local exchange. facepalm.
the guy said 3999 is fine for a 4mbps connection. i asked him why not increase it to 4500 considering 3999 is not even 4mbps. said it does not affect the speed of the connection.
told him why not move it to 8000 levels if it does not affect the speed? he said he cannot do that because that is for 8mbps connection. what the f.
then he used the excuse that 4mbps is only guaranteed from bsnl ftp servers. i said fine. give me access to a file that i can download to check the speed. he said he would send a guy to check it at my end because it has password etc.
so the dude would come to my place at around 5pm to show me speeds from their local ftp servers. ****ing piece of shit.
i really wish these guys were made accountable to losing customer base of bsnl.
what the freaking ****. this is my speed right now.
